Activision finally recaptures success of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater with release of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater
After 12 years of trying and failing to recapture the success of the critically acclaimed Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, Activision appears to have finally struck gold with the critically acclaimed Tony Hark’s Pro Skater.
As the reviews come in, critics are calling Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater the best Tony Hawks game since Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, praising the game for exactly the same reasons they praised it for when they reviewed it back in 1999.
Speaking exclusively to The Daily Pixel, Activision spokesman Stanley Cooper stated that he was pleased with the positive reception Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater was enjoying, again.
“We’re really happy with the initial reviews and sales figures”, he said. “To be honest, our only regret is that we didn’t release Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater immediately after Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater.”
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater is available now on the Xbox 360, PS1, Nintendo 64 and Dreamcast.

“To be honest, our only regret is that we didn’t release Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater immediately after Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater” – Brilliant
I was tempted to get this on XBL. I don’t think it’s just an HD upgrade either – apparently it’s a new engine.

It’s not just an HD upgrade, it also has new modes and such. If you’re a fan of the series it’s definitely worth the 1200 MP
